Description

Operating mode without bypass (BYPASS switch in position 0): the control system monitors battery voltage, input mains voltage, load current and turns off power to the load when the batteries are overloaded or discharged.

Bypass operating mode (BYPASS switch in position 1): when the switch (UPS) on the front panel is turned off, overload, deviations of battery parameters beyond acceptable limits and any UPS accident, the load power is switched to the main source through the circuit - network connector, BYPASS switch , normally closed contacts of relay K3, load connector.

In any of these modes, the UPS can be controlled both locally and from a remote control.

With local control (if this option is available) (switch LOCAL, REMOTE in the LOCAL position): the UPS is turned on and off by the switch (UPS) on the front panel. When the batteries are overloaded or discharged, the inverter turns off and the alarm turns on (one OVERLOAD indicator or two indicators BAT DISCHARGE and BAT CHANGE are lit). After eliminating the cause of the shutdown, you must turn off and after 1 minute turn on the switch (APS) on the front panel.

With remote control (if this option is available) (switch LOCAL, REMOTE in the REMOTE position): the UPS is turned on and off via the remote control line, while the switch (UPS) must be in position (I). When overloaded, the UPS goes into alarm mode. When the battery voltage drops, the UPS turns off and goes into standby mode for autonomous starting. When mains voltage is present (appears), the autonomous startup timer starts working, and after 20-100 s (delay for recharging the batteries), the UPS is turned on.
